About Xoriguer gin distillery
Xoriguer has made gin in Maó since 1945, in its words, in copper stills heated over a wood fire. Guided visits start in the distillery shop, take in the stills and the juniper berries, and end with a tasting of its gins, Pomada and liqueurs with Menorcan charcuterie; there are ten places a session, Monday to Friday (xoriguer.es, read 22 October 2026).
