Torralbenc is, in its own words, an old 74-hectare farm estate in the south of Menorca, among vineyards and fields, with whitewashed walls and gardens of lavender and rosemary. Its winery makes wine from 14 hectares of the estate’s own vines, and its restaurant is led by chef Gorka Txapartegui (the hotel’s website).
